No heat at all

Usually the igniter, a flame sensor, the thermostat or a tripped safety.

Turn the thermostat up five degrees and check the furnace switch. Still nothing? Call us.

Banging radiators

Air or water trapped in the pipes, or a boiler running at the wrong pressure.

Don’t bleed a hot radiator. We can usually balance the system in one visit.

One cold room

Ducts, dampers or a tired blower, and in older homes, often all three.

Check that the vents are open and not blocked. We’ll measure airflow room by room.

AC blowing warm

A failed capacitor, a dirty coil or low refrigerant.

Switch it off so the compressor isn’t working against a fault, then book a visit.

How soon can you come?

No-heat calls go first. If we can’t reach you today, we’ll tell you right away.

Do you work on old systems?

Yes. Older boilers and furnaces are a big part of our work.

Will I know the price first?

Always. You approve a written price before any work starts.

Are you open on weekends?

We’re open Saturdays, and we answer the phone on Sundays for no-heat calls.

Cold house? Let’s get someone out there.
